MDS Quarterly Advanced Weekend Workshops
PrimeSuite is a powerful solution for practice and clinical management. Our advanced workshops are designed to help users understand how to use the more advanced features of PrimeSuite. The workshops are for users who are interested in topics such as custom immunizations, report designer, building clinical alerts, tracking patient information - including diagnoses and medications and advanced workflow management.

Hot PrimeSuite Tip!
A Quicker Way To Resend Claims
Do you ever have the need to resend a group of claims all at one time? Did you know that there is a quick way to select multiple claims and take a Resend action in place of pulling up each patient and claim individually?
Navigate to the Claims Maintenance page. Use the filters to find the claims you want to resend. Click on each claim to highlight it and then click the Resend button at the bottom of the page. This will open the Resend Action Dialog Box. Make the appropriate selections and click OK. This will resend all of the selected claims with one simple action!
If you need to resend a claim while on the Insurance Transactions page, you can quickly accomplish this task without leaving the page. Simply double-click on the Claim ID number and the Claim Detail Dialog Box will be displayed. When you click on the Action Tab you’ll notice that the Resend action has already been selected. Clicking the OK button will send the claim back to the claims processing page. It will be included in the next claim batch that is generated.
