PrimeSuite Supported Clinical Devices and Lab Interfaces
More Solutions Through ACDs and Clinical Devices
Through Active Device Controls (ADCs), PrimeSuite provides workflow integration between disparate clinical devices and applications that control each device and PrimeSuite. These PrimeSuite enhancement modules are developed in accordance with the targeted machine’s specifications as identified by the practice and the manufacturer. To enter the Insurance Transaction, follow these steps.
- Go to Insurance Transactions under the A/R Management menu.
- Enter appropriate filtering criteria including Patient ID, Other ID, Claim ID or by selecting Alt + Z.
Note: Remember that the Claim ID will only work for primary pays. - Enter the Check Number and Date on the EOB.
- Enter the total Amount of the check.
- Enter the following information as stated on the EOB:
- Allowed – Charge amount allowed by the payer for this service.
- Cont Adj – Contractual Adjustment for this service.
