Known Issue: RTC Failure When Using Appointment Request function in PrimeSuite

Important Alert!

Known Issue: RTC Failure When Using Appointment Request function in PrimeSuite

DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE:
If a provider uses “RTC Request” > “Appointment Request” in the Disposition section of the Plan and does not select an “Appointment” (Appointment Type), the system will not send a error for the required information, and it will not create the RTC request in the system.

To the user that created the note, it looks like the RTC was saved successfully, but NO information will be saved for scheduling. If a customer is affected by this issue we do have the ability to go back into the system and retrieve all of the RTC requests from the notes and place it into a Excel Sheet.

As always, please contact MDS Technical Support with any questions or if you think you may be affected by this issue.
