PrimePatient:
Secure Online Patient Portal

Enhance your physician-patient relationship while improving patient care.

PrimePatient is a secure messaging patient web portal that gives your patients the ability to manage their own information. Improve your practice's service levels, enhance communication with patients, and maximize the productivity of your staff through this fully integrated PrimeSuite feature.

Through the online web portal, patients can modify and update their demographic information, request appointments, and manage their own Personal Health Records (PHRs) in a secure environment. Patients can easily request prescription refills while providers can conveniently approve and transmit prescriptions directly to the patient's pharmacy of choice. Patients can also choose to be alerted when their lab results and tests are complete. They may also view an interpretation of the results online and clinicians may comment on the results.

PrimePatient's secure platform allows medical practices the ability to offer online consultations, medical symptom assessments, and other clinical support functions. By offering your patients a secure online environment in which they can schedule appointments and complete the requisite pre-registration forms, your practice enhances the level of service it providers.

Report on Last User for Scheduled Appointments

Did you know you can review the last User who created or updated a scheduled appointment using the Detail section of the Daily Schedule Report?

To print the report with appropriate criteria, follow these steps:

  • From the PrimeSuite Reporting menu, select Report Selection.
  • On the Report Selection page, select Schedule from Report Groups in the Action Bar on the left side of your screen.
  • In the main pane of the page, select Daily Schedule Report under the Daily label to the right.
  • Change Report Type to Detail on the Daily Schedule Report criteria page. Set Report By, Date and Resources filters as desired.
  • Select your preferred action under Report Actions in the Action Bar on the left side of your screen.
  • Review the resulting report. You will find the User ID for the last user to touch the scheduled appointment – whether to create or update the appointment – in the Last Update By field, in the right-most column of the report.

NOTE: If this report does not meet your needs or if you would like to format the data differently to achieve your goals, you may also create your own Custom Report using the Appointment: Last Used By field in the Patient Appointments dataset to produce the results you require.
