Greenway's PrimeSuite patient scheduling software prompts you to simply select an appointment type (New Patient Exam, Routine Visit, Comprehensive Physical, etc.) and physician or provider. After selecting the appointment type and physician, you simply drag and drop the appointment into the available spot within the provider's schedule.

The patient information, provider, visit details, care provider, referring provider, primary care provider, chief complaint, and insurance coverage information is displayed on a single screen.

You can set flags to alert front office staff of copay information; if the patient is in collections; or clinical alerts to advise providers that a particular patient's chart contains sensitive information.
