Searching for patients is flexible and fast. Front office staff and patient scheduling staff can search and sort existing patients using any partial or complete combinations of social security number, first or last name, patient ID, or date of birth.

Scheduling patient appointments is streamlined and easy. Greenway's PrimeSuite patient scheduling software prompts you to simply select an appointment type (New Patient Exam, Routine Visit, Comprehensive Physical, etc.) and physician or provider. After selecting the appointment type and physician, you simply drag and drop the appointment into the available spot within the provider's schedule.

From the desktop, your front desk staff will confirm the patient's arrival and begin the check in process. The patient information, provider, visit details, care provider, referring provider, primary care provider, chief complaint, and insurance coverage information is displayed on a single screen.

You can set flags to alert front office staff of copay information; if the patient is in collections; or clinical alerts to advise providers that a particular patient's chart contains sensitive information.
