McKesson has notified all partners, including MDS, that the 800 support number for the system has been disconnected and McKesson will not provide further support on PracticePoint Chart for any reason.
MDS has data conversion programs and special offers available for practices still using McKesson's EMR PracticePoint Chart - please contact MDS Medical for information regarding conversion to newer, award-winning medical records technology such as Greenway PrimeSuite Medical Billing and EMR Software.

Please remember, should your system fail for any reason - you may experience serious ramifications to your practice and patient data that will not be supported by McKesson.
