These reports list the responsible parties who have accounts receivable activity during specific periods of time. These are excellent reports for collection purposes.
You can limit the responsible parties who print on these reports by last name and account type. Further, you can limit the activity that prints on these reports to that which has occurred during a specific time period or during all aging periods before or after the start of a specific aging period. You can base the reports on either family-responsible activity or insurance-responsible activity. Lastly, you can exclude from the reports responsible parties who have made a payment after a specific date or whose outstanding balance is below a specific amount. |

The A/R Complete Report is the most comprehensive listing of accounts receivable activity. It calculates to the day the age of all open transactions for a range of responsible parties. It then compares the current reponsible party balances with the calculated account balances and reports account discrepencies if any are found. This report enables you to review detail for each open service associated with an account - an excellent collection tool!
Report Options
* Include or exclude accounts with zero balances
* Give totals for each patient or one total for the entire practice
* List all charges in each aging category (details) or totals only (summary)

The Insurance Aging by Carrier report tracks the patient’s outstanding insurance responsibility charges that have been submitted to carriers. Totals are printed by patient and carrier. This report allows you to monitor the total outstanding balance that has been submitted to each carrier (or just the outstanding insurance-responsible balance).

The non-billed charges report lists both held insurance charges as well as charges that have not yet had a claim generated. It can be used to determine the amount of unbilled charges to insurance carriers that you have in your system, and find accounts that may have been set up incorrectly. This allows you to correct the information so charges can be billed and collected in a timely fashion.
