With PrimeSUITE Version 17, you now have the ability to undo a checked-in visit or a no show appointment. This functionality is part of the Desktop Patient List Enhancements in this version of Greenway.
How To Undo a No Show in Greenway PrimeSUITE Version 17
When you undo a no show appointment in Greenway version 17, the appointment is added back into the patient list in its original state. The process is easy:
Simply right click on the no showed visit and select Undo No Show under the Appointment Status. Once you have done this, the appointment will now appear back on the patient list restoring both the chief complaint and comments.
